HOW DO OCTOPUSES EXPERIENCE LIFE?
Octopuses can be found in practically every ocean on the planet. The majority of octopuses live in shallow places near the ocean’s bottom. Some of them float near the water’s surface thousands of miles away. Others live in the depths of the ocean.
An octopus prefers alone. In most cases, an octopus will retreat to its den. An octopus may make a den out of a shattered bottle or a can. It can reside in a sand den or a rocky cave.
The octopus emerges from its hiding place to hunt. Crabs and other shelled animals are among its favorite foods. The octopus uses its arms to catch its meal. After gathering enough prey, the octopus returns to its den to dine. The octopus is a creature that lives in the ocean.

OCTOPUSES IN CHILDHOOD
The eggs of a female octopus are laid outside of her body. She may choose to lay her eggs in a little cave. Until the eggs hatch, the female keeps a close eye on them.
When the baby octopuses hatch, they float to the surface of the ocean and spend many weeks there. Many of them are eaten by birds and fish. Those that survive are reintroduced to deeper water, where they mature into adult octopuses.
